• Toolbelt Desk offers a 25-day free trial
• After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at $25/month
• Billing is processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe)

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

You agree not to:

• Use the software for illegal activities
• Send spam or abusive content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You may upload data such as:

• Customer information
• Job details
• Photos and documents

You retain ownership of your data. However:

• You grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the service
• We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access

Toolbelt Desk integrates with third-party services such as:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Resend (email delivery)

We are not responsible for the performance, errors, or policies of these third-party services.

All software, branding, and content provided by Toolbelt Desk remain our property.

You may not copy, modify, or resell any part of the platform.

Toolbelt Desk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Lost profits
• Business interruptions
• Errors in scheduling, invoicing, or job tracking
• Any damages resulting from use of the software

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
